Parkside Kids

Parkside Kids provides a safe and fun learning environment for

children (newborn - 6th grade).

During the 9:30am hour, kids are placed into classes based on age/grade.

In the 11am hour, toddlers and babies are combined in nursery upstairs, preschool has its own separate class, and remaining Kindergarten - 6th graders are combined in a worship hour.

There is no pre-registration required for either service.

To maintain safety, classes are led by adults who have had their backgrounds checked. Teens that have been approved by the children's ministry team offer help and support.

Our goal is to show all children the love and truth of Jesus through all our interactions.

Current Memory Verse & Theme

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

Currently in Parkside kids, kids are learning how Jesus reveals God and fulfills what the old testament prophets spoke.  Kids are learning this by diving into old testament stories of Obadiah the prophet, how the Israelites retrnred after captivity and rebuilt the temple, and learning about the prophet Zechariah.

Parkside Kids is always looking to find more volunteers to join our team.  There is a spot for anyone to help out.  We are in need of more teachers, assistants, and toddler or nursery workers for both services each week.  If you are interested in helping out in any capacity, you can start the process by filling out this form.

We use the Gospel Project curriculum to teach truth of the Bible.  It teaches the Bible in chronological order over a three-year period from Genesis to Revelation.  Each week, children are exposed to Key Truths and Memory Verses that all connect to tell the whole story of God's Love presented in the Bible.  To learn more about the Gospel Project Curriculum click below.
