Parkside Kids

Parkside Kids is passionate about building relationships with children in order to help them develop a  life-changing relationship with Jesus!

Each week we will do our best to lean into your child’s life with adult and teen leaders who genuinely love and care for your kids.

Currently, we are offering children's classes for Toddlers - Sixth Grade for the 9:30 service only. Parents are asked to please register their child/children in advance. We are limiting class sizes in order to provide a safe environment for all. All leaders and children in Kindergarten through 6th grade are required to wear a mask and temperatures are checked upon arrival. Activities are planned that keep social distancing in mind. Please enter through door 7 when dropping off your children in order for us to keep a safe flow of traffic through our children's area. In addition to the 9:30 classes, we also offer weekly videos that can be viewed at home for our families who are not ready to return to in person services. Those videos can be found at in person or online, we are excited to share the story of the Bible with your children to help them grow in their relationship with our great and mighty God!

Preschool & Elementary Curriculum

Our teaching curriculum takes kids on a three year exploration of the entire Bible to see the one story of Scripture.  Key truths of each story (that is part of the one big story) are taught and reinforced every Sunday at Parkside Kids.

The Gospel Project teaches our kids to:

  • See the Big Story: Kids will understand that the Bible is not a collection of stories, but God’s unified story of redemption.

  • Read Scripture as Christ-centered: Kids experience a deep, Christ-centered Bible study.

  • Grasp Essential Christian Truths: The Big Picture Questions and Answers are designed to help kids understand essential beliefs of the Christian faith.

  • Study the Old and New Testaments: Kids spend equal time in the Old and New Testaments, learning the key distinctions of each and how they fit together.
